California "Shine the Light" Law

Verification Process

  • Provide additional documentation if necessary

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. Your agent must provide written proof of authorization, and we may still require you to verify your identity directly.

Response Timeline

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days. If we need additional time, we will notify you of the extension period (up to 90 days total).

California Residents Under 16

We do not knowingly collect or sell personal information of minors under 16 years of age without appropriate consent.

Your Rights Under GDPR

Do Not Track Signals
